Stewart Acquires Tower Title

Stewart Information Services Corporation has acquired Rhode Island-based Tower Title, a national provider of telecommunications-focused title services. The acquisition strengthens Stewart's National Commercial Services energy and infrastructure group by expanding its service capabilities and commercial portfolio.

Tower Title provides title and settlement services to the U.S. telecommunications infrastructure industry and other specialized sectors, with expertise spanning cell towers, data centers, billboards and other commercial infrastructure assets. The company will continue to operate under the Tower Title name and brand as part of the Stewart family of companies.

Turk & Company served as the exclusive investment banker to Tower Title in the transaction.
