Howard Turk to Speak at ALTA ONE 2026

The American Land Title Association (ALTA) has named Howard Turk, Founder and Managing Director of Turk & Company, a featured speaker at ALTA ONE 2026, taking place October 12-15.

Howard's session, “M&A: Timing, Value and Strategy,” will address the questions title agency owners are asking right now: when the market rewards a sale, how value is actually determined, and which strategic moves matter most before a transaction begins.

Drawing on Turk & Company's work advising title agency owners through mergers, acquisitions and capital raises, the session will cover current buyer dynamics, valuation drivers and the preparation steps that produce stronger outcomes.
